Q: I’ve received my order and it's not what I expected.  Can I return it?

A: We do our best to provide an accurate photo and description of every piece in our inventory.  If you have received an item that truly doesn’t match the description on our website, please reach out to us at support@abeeberry.com, and we can accommodate a refund.  We do not consider sizing a reason for refund.  Every brand sizes slightly differently, and for that reason, sizing will vary from piece to piece. 

Q: I’ve placed an order, but I’ve changed my mind.  Can I cancel my order?

A: Yes, you can cancel your order as long as your order has not been processed.  We understand when things come up! We just ask that you simply reach out to us at support@abeeberry.com as soon as possible! We’ll try to do what we can on our end to accommodate your request; however, if the order has been processed and shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.

Q: Is your shipping sustainable?

A: Yes!  We’ve done hours of research. Many hours!  We’ve chosen a 100% compostable poly-mailer that you can throw into your home compost.  Don’t worry about removing the shipping label, because it’s also compostable. In fact, every component of what we use to ship your soon to be re-loved clothing is compostable...including the tissue paper and sticker! In fact, why not reuse the tissue? We feel really good about the options we’ve chosen, and you can be sure that as more eco friendly options become available, we may change our shipping packages. It’s very important to us!

Q: Is my order ready to wear as soon as I receive it?

A: We advise that clothing you receive be laundered prior to use.  Of course, we do our best to make sure the clothing we buy from sellers has been laundered; however we cannot guarantee that this is the case.

Q: I’ve scheduled a pick-up, but I have to reschedule or cancel. What should I do?

A: If you need to reschedule or cancel a pick-up, write to us at hello@abeeberry.com at your earliest convenience so we can update our calendar.

Q: I would like to schedule a pick up, but I don’t know if everything I have meets the criteria for resale?

A: If you’re unsure that your items are in “good condition” for resale, take a look at our “Item Conditions” page for guidance here. Remember, you can always pick up whatever items we don’t add to our inventory.  

Q: How do you determine pricing for the items I’m selling to AbeeBerry?

A: We’ve spent a lot of time researching what the resale value of certain brands are.  To make things easier to understand, we’ve created a system that shows you what we pay for certain items.  Please refer to our Pricing Listhere to get a better idea of what our payout guidelines are for your pre-loved items.
