Return Policy

We do our best to provide an accurate photo and description of every piece in our inventory.  If you have received an item that truly doesn’t match the description on our website, please reach out to us at support@abeeberry.com, and we can accommodate a refund. We do not consider sizing a reason for refund. Every brand sizes their clothes slightly differently, and for that reason, sizing will vary from piece to piece. 

You can either drop off your return at our studio (by appointment only) or you can ship your return by contacting us and we'll email you a shipping label. Returns are accepted no later than 30 days from the shipping date, and all items must be in their original condition from the time of purchase. 

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
